AYI MENSAH PARK, a project built by B&A DEVELOPMENT, is a 500-unit project with up to 3 types of housing. This project was a pioneer in this type of construction system, being the first built in Ghana with an industrialized system.

The solution

For this project, one set of Forsa Plus formworks was used to pour the ground floor of the 2 bedroom unit + and an additional formwork to pour the ground floor of the 3 bedroom unit + and additional formwork for the Plus Model.

One set of Forsa Plus formworks was used to pour the first floor of the 2 bedroom unit + and an additional formwork to pour the first floor of the 3 bedroom unit + and additional formwork for the Plus Model.
